Pay and Schedule

• Salary + Commission
• Better Producers earn $60,000-$100,000 annually
• Fully paid training period
• 5 Day Work Week. Must work Saturdays. Off Sundays. Will have one day off during the week.
• 9am-6pm work hours

Well known and established home furnishings store in Belton, SC, has an opening for a Sales Consultant with Interior Design experience. Our store offers quality home furnishings as well as in-home design solutions. We are seeking a professional with "client satisfaction" as a top priority.

We offer a competitive base salary with commission tied to your period sales. We also offer bonus PMs/Spiffs. Excellent Medical Benefits Package.

Who we are looking for:

• Sales/Design Consultant with prior sales, retail and furniture and/or design experience
• Excellent customer service, excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include Saturdays and holidays (5-day work week, 9-6)
• Ability to interact and communicate with customers in person and on the phone
• Ability to interact and communicate with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment
• Ability to coordinate customer product selections involving a wide range of colors, fabrics and finishes
• Ability to determine and demonstrate understanding of customer's needs. Provide products and services which provide the total solution
